She is the crew’s third member, and the second to participate during the Orange Town Arc. She is Nojiko’s foster niece, having been orphaned and taken in by Bell-mère. Franky might not be the most disliked character in the series, but he also has an addictive personality, creativity, and work ethic that aren’t enough to place him high on this list.
